Hips are one of the main problems in the breed and through 27 years of xraying all breeding stock most of our dogs have great hip scores.

There is some enviromental factors that can affect the hips, also early desexing can affect the growth of the developing hips but buying from a breeder that only breeds with dogs with good hip scores you are buying a pup that has a better chance of having good hips.

We have also studied the enviromental factors that can cause bad hips and try to avoid them.
